Dr Augustine Chuka Egbuchiem, is a medical doctor who completed his training at the University of Jos, Nigeria in 2012.
He is fully licensed and certified by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, with over 5 years clinical Experience. He has worked in hospitals in Abuja FCT and Jos, Plateau state. He has vast experiences in managing most of the common ailments that are prevalent in Nigeria such as malaria, typhoid fever, hypertension, and diabetes.
He has also been professionally trained in the science of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), specializing in acupuncture, with emphasis on spinal disorders such as Lumbar spondylosis, cervical spondylosis, also knee joint arthritis or inflammation and other medical conditions.
As an open minded and exposed professional, Dr. Augustine believes in integrative approach to health care provision and has seen the benefits of it. This is why he has come in to Eastern and Western Hospital to help provide such holistic care to Nigerians. With his medical knowledge he helps to bring a balance to the health care provided to our patients, so as to achieve the best possible outcomes and improve our overall quality of service.
